One important lesson I’ve learned is this: don’t strive for perfection—embrace the moment, even in its imperfections. Laughter, humility, and authenticity allow us to live as our true selves, without the mask. Free to be me!

For more than 20 years, I’ve poured into people through ministry—operating in words of knowledge, prophetic mentorship, intercession, deliverance, emotional and physical healing, teaching, and simply being available to those who are hungry for more of God.

My heart is to help others discover their strengths, passions, and purpose. I’m called to teach and equip people to encounter God in a way that leads to freedom—empowering them to live victorious lives filled with power and truth. For when you truly encounter God, you know that you know He is real—and no one can take that away from you.

• 2008: Completed 2-year ministry program with M-28 School of Ministry.

• 2010: Co-founded Selah Freedom, a nonprofit dedicated to helping survivors of human trafficking rebuild their lives.

• 2013: Established a church-based Prayer House and served as Director, overseeing the ministry and training individuals in prayer and intercession.

• 2015: Founded Misty Stinson Ministries (aka Breathe Freedom), a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit that provides spiritual guidance and training to empower individuals to live in power, truth, and purpose.

• 2016: Completed Bachelor's Program at Kingdom Living University and was ordained as a Minister.

• 2018: Launched Live In Freedom, LLC, a business specializing in health, nutrition, and Kingdom lifestyle.

• 2021: Created Ripples Press, LLC, a self-publishing business.

• 2022: Published my first book, JUST SHOW UP: A Journey with God to Hear His Voice and Experience the BIG & MORE—a personal story of my pursuit of a deeper relationship with God that I knew was possible.

• 2025: Expanded Misty Stinson Ministries by establishing a Living Stones Community offering discipleship, book studies, equipping events, weekly online teachings, retreats, and soaking gatherings.
